Customer Success Architect – Open Authorization API

• Design and implementation: Design, Test and Deliver API driven integrations between Veza and various products used by our customers. • Customer Engagement & Project Management: Work closely with clients to gather requirements, develop the solution, and partner with customers to successfully deploy the solution in the customer environment. • Technology Integration & Development: Build and manage integrations leveraging Python, REST APIs, SQL and other data sources while working with identity management and ETL processes. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering, product, and marketing teams to align solutions with customer needs. • Develop and deliver customer enablement sessions to help customers develop the capabilities to build custom connectors themselves.
Job Requirements
- 3-5+ years of experience in Solutions Architecture, Backend Engineering or a similar technical role.
- Experience using APIs to automate tasks, create workflows or exchange data.
- Strong customer engagement and project management experience.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, Linux, and Windows Server.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product, and engineering teams to align business goals and technical execution.
