• Perform remote and on-site troubleshooting, repair and installation of our Electron Microscope and X-ray Photoelectron Spectrometer (XPS) portfolio • Provide on-site training related to maintenance and basic operation • Support local spare parts inventory management • Coordinate and dispatch third-party service providers when required and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction • Monitor the status of customer service contracts and support scheduling of preventive maintenance visits • Ensure that all documentation related to service activities (Field Service Reports, Service Work Orders, Quotes) is completed accurately and submitted in a timely manner • Take ownership of assigned service tickets after remote diagnosis and manage technical and administrative resolution including customer communication until closure

• Perform system checkouts, assist with system startups, and verify proper equipment operation. • Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, and programming issues. • Train customers on system operation, maintenance, and performance adjustments. • Conduct water analyses, interpret results, conduct field testing to verify system performance and water quality. • Complete detailed service reports and documentation accurately and on time. • Maintain and calibrate test instruments and equipment. • Organize and maintain tools, spare parts, and vehicle inventory. • Respond to emergency service calls, including occasional after-hours or weekend work.
