Qualifications - Minimum three years of clinical supervision of speech-language pathology students at a clinical site or in higher education. - At least three years in speech-language pathology, including documented clinical practice. - Possesses clinical skills to cultivate a learner-centered environment and to foster excellence. - Knowledge in technological support and delivery of program area and services. - Knowledge and evidence of strong supervisory and management skills applicable to specialized program area. - Knowledge of accreditation standards. Requirements - Graduate degree with an emphasis in Speech Language Pathology or Communication Sciences & Disorders is required. - PhD/Ed.D./SLPD in Speech Language Pathology, Communication Sciences & Disorders or graduate degree in Speech Language Pathology with Board Certification Specialty preferred. - Degrees must be awarded by an institution accredited by a USDE-recognized regional accrediting body. DUTIES Job Overview: This position resides in the Property Assessment Division of Department of Revenue. Duties include residential property reviews, discoveries, data research, and field appraisals. Complete inspections to determine the residential property final valuation. Analyze, assess, and classify land uses. Assist with specification, calibration, and benchmarking of land models, sales comparisons, and property characteristics. Support ongoing program operations and activities. Respond to taxpayer inquiries and explain appraisal activities. Provide dispute resolution and participate in appeal hearings. The position does not supervise other staff.
