• Lead and manage end-to-end software projects • Prepare and own key project documents such as requirements specifications (functional specifications) • Conduct project meetings and milestone reviews • Analyze, capture and document customer requirements • Design functional solution concepts and align them with the key account • Run workshops, trainings and system presentations • Integrate the TMS into existing ERP or third-party systems

• Assists in gathering, organizing, and preparing data for analysis. • Supports in identifying trends and compiling findings into reports, contributing to departmental insights under direct supervision and guidance. • Uses Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI to aid in supporting customer metrics and reporting. • Helps with setting up basic data feeds and preparing automated reports under direct supervision. • Assists in extracting, compiling, and organizing data from multiple systems to support the creation of comprehensive reports. • Helps ensure data accuracy and organization under close supervision. • Collaborates with cross-functional teams to assist in supporting ongoing business analysis needs. • Participates in meetings and helps maintain project timelines and deliverables, working closely with the PMO, Business Solutions Managers, IT, and other teams under guidance and supervision. • Helps identify business and technical needs during the design, development, and implementation phases. • Supports the team in gathering requirements and ensuring they are addressed under supervision. • Aids in reviewing customer requests and internal business needs. • Helps prioritize tasks to support process improvements and deliver customer value, under close supervision and guidance.
