With a strong footprint across multiple countries and extensive warehouse operations, the client delivers end-to-end services in Contract Logistics and Freight Management. As part of an enterprise-wide digital transformation, the client is executing a multi-year rollout of Manhattan Active WMS and OMS platforms across 50+ warehouse sites in the United States. This initiative focuses on driving standardization, scalability, customer integration, and operational efficiency across its 3PL network. Position Overview The Senior Project Manager – Manhattan Deployment will lead end-to-end implementation and execution of Manhattan Active WMS and OMS deployments at assigned warehouse sites. This role requires a strong blend of: - Project management expertise - Warehouse operations knowledge - Cross-functional leadership The Project Manager will oversee all phases of deployment including planning, execution, testing, cutover, go-live, and hypercare, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with high operational adoption. Key Responsibilities 1. Project Leadership & Execution - Lead full lifecycle implementation of Manhattan Active WMS and OMS across warehouse sites - Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, milestones, and resource allocations - Ensure alignment with overall program governance and deployment roadmap 2. Cross-Functional Coordination - Drive execution across key workstreams: - Operations - IT & Integration - Business Process Engineering - Testing (SIT/UAT) - Training & Change Management - Data Migration - Facilitate daily/weekly project meetings and track deliverables - Partner with site leadership to ensure operational readiness 3. You would streamline the process for all of our projects on this team, including internal and external/vendor projects, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks and all projects are maintaining tight timelines.

• Manage the direct reports of junior project managers, oversee project resourcing and professional development, and ensure their well-being. • Collaborate closely with group leaders to proactively address and manage concerns related to team members and/or projects within your pod. • Act as the day-to-day Project Manager for 4-5 active projects; exhibiting an expert level ownership over all project scopes/plans, client meetings, written status updates, demos, risk management, and iterative scope/expectation management. Successfully created and executed project plans to deliver fixed price, retainer, and T&M projects within expected timelines and budgets. • Ensure superior quality deliverables by collaboratively engaging cross-discipline leadership, and enforcing rigorous QA processes and standards to provide end-to-end delivery and client satisfaction. • Lead discovery engagements that expertly define cross-discipline project requirements and demonstrate an expert understanding of underlying client business goals and objectives. Consistently identify strategic opportunities to engage with the BSA Sales team and collaborate toward building strong, long-term client relationships.
