Job Description
Instructor – Online Marketing, E‑Commerce
Talentspring Academy
• Live teaching & practical instruction: You design interactive online live sessions and convey practical expertise from day-to-day digital marketing — from performance campaigns and content creation to SEO, SEA, email marketing, e‑commerce, and CRM. • Curriculum implementation & didactics: You prepare content based on existing standard materials aligned with predefined modules in a methodically sound way — clear, understandable and labour-market relevant. You make room for practical examples and current cases. • Participant support & exam preparation: You provide orientation, motivate, explain, repeat and simplify — ensuring our participants gain the confidence needed for a successful career start. • Quality assurance & feedback: You provide didactic and content-related feedback, contribute to the further development of our teaching formats and actively shape our digital learning processes. • Collaboration within the instructor team: You are part of a collaborative team that supports one another, shares knowledge and helps establish a new form of digital teaching and learning.
Job Requirements
- Practical experience in online marketing or e‑commerce: You are familiar with tools such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, GA4, Mailchimp, Shopify, Canva or HubSpot — and can confidently teach their use.
- Strong didactic skills: You explain clearly, in a structured and motivating way — also for beginners and heterogeneous groups.
- Digital affinity: You are comfortable in virtual classrooms, use tools confidently and are open to new learning formats.
- Attitude & communication skills: You work solution-oriented, respectfully and clearly — and want to pass on your experience to people starting their careers.
- Language skills: You have excellent German proficiency (at least C2); English skills are a plus.
- Certified pedagogical qualification & experience: You bring at least two years of experience in adult education, possess solid subject-matter expertise in your field and have ideally proven your pedagogical qualification through an IHK-certified training (e.g., AEVO certificate).
Benefits
- Meaningful work with direct impact: You help people establish themselves in the digital job market — and shape real career prospects.
- 100% remote, fully digital: You work completely location-independent — with tools and structures that function reliably.
- Creative freedom & pedagogical space: You contribute ideas, help develop formats and actively shape digital instruction.
- Fair compensation & prospects: You receive performance-based pay — with development opportunities and long-term security within the education network.
- Values-driven team culture: You become part of a professional, committed and open team — with flat hierarchies and collegial support.
