• Execute SKU launches, removals, and lifecycle updates for assigned brands/categories. • Ensure products are properly syndicated, enriched, localized, and published. • Grow organic product visibility by implementing merchandising best practices. • Implement merchandising rules across search, navigation, PDPs, and collections. • Execute campaign merchandising including promotional placements and collections. • Conduct merchandising tests and analyze results to inform optimization. • Monitor KPI performance and identify improvement opportunities. • Partner with brand activation, content managers, analytics, and country teams on execution. • Ensure adherence to global governance, brand, and SEO standards.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field
- 5–7 years of experience in digital merchandising or ecommerce execution
- Experience working with CMS, PIM and Analytics platforms
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple workflows in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working with global or regional ecommerce teams
- Familiarity with digital merchandising and search platforms
