Job Requirements
- Minimum one year of B2B (tele) sales experience
- Ability to explain complex software products clearly over the phone
- Strong communication skills, goal orientation and assertiveness
- High level of commitment and reliability toward customers
- Excellent self-organization and personal responsibility
- Proficient English, as we also have international prospects
- In general: you don’t have to know everything, but you must be willing to learn!

Aquatech immediately needs a full-time Product Manager of E-Separation Technologies (FEDI/EDR/ED). This person will work remotely from North America. The hours of this position are Monday - Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Job Summary: The Product Manager for Electrically Driven Separation Technologies will lead the global strategy, roadmap, and performance of our FEDI, ED, and EDR product lines. These technologies are central to ultrapure water production, industrial reuse, and the future of low‑carbon water treatment, as well as non-water applications. This high‑visibility, strategic role is responsible for product lifecycle management, revenue growth, competitive positioning, and new product introduction. You will work across Marketing, Sales, Engineering, Operations, and R&D to strengthen QUA’s position as a premium technology provider. Job Description: Define and execute the 3–5 year product roadmap for FEDI, ED, and EDR. Build clear value propositions across key segments (Power, Semiconductor, Pharma, Industrial Reuse, etc.). Lead go‑to‑market strategy and portfolio rationalization. Support regional teams with pricing, positioning, and technical differentiation. Lead strategic bid support, framework agreements, and key customer engagements. Identify global growth opportunities and build upsell/recurring revenue programs (stacks, modules, retrofits, services).
