• Overall responsibility for all finance functions across all Evora entities worldwide • Coordinate and collaborate with entities in Europe, Asia and the Americas • Responsible for monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements (HGB & IFRS), including coordination with auditors • Create transparency as a basis for well‑founded decisions • Primary finance point of contact for the Co‑CEOs, shareholders and global leadership • Conduct monthly business reviews with Country Managing Directors, including analysis of margins, project profitability and cost developments • Lead, coach and develop the German finance team • Lead the finance perspective of the transformation to SAP Cloud ERP
Job Requirements
- Several years of leadership experience in finance within international, multi‑entity organisations — with a proven global footprint beyond Europe (e.g., Asia, the Americas)
- Solid expertise in accounting, controlling, consolidation and FP&A
- Deep understanding of HGB, IFRS and local GAAPs, and knowledge of tax, audit and compliance
- Strong analytical skills, especially in financial modelling and reporting
- Experience with ERP systems, BI tools, automation and process optimization — and a proven ability to actively shape and drive ERP transformations, regardless of the system used
- A clear, pragmatic stance on AI in the finance context: not buzzwords, but concrete experience or well‑founded assessments of real use cases — for example in automation, forecasting or reporting
- Experience building or managing shared service or nearshore finance models as a foundation for scalable, globally oriented finance structures
- Fluent English and German skills to support international collaboration.
