About the Role We are looking for an experienced and versatile Brand and creative lead to join the Manifest team. The ideal candidate is a creative powerhouse who is able to bring brands to live across touch points and channels. The Brand and creative lead is responsible for developing our brand guidelines, designing engaging creative assets, and ensuring consistency and quality in everything we produce. This role is ideal for individuals you are passionate about shaping brands from scratch and executing on vision. • Create and publish new products and bundles on Shopify, ensuring accuracy across pricing, variants, and inventory • Upload and QA product images, videos, and content in partnership with the Visual & Graphic Design Team • Coordinate product launches with Inventory, Logistics, and Marketing teams • Maintain accurate and compelling product pages, collections, and navigation • Optimize storefront UX to improve conversion rate and AOV • Develop and execute strategies to increase DTC sales and profitability • Monitor key metrics including sales, sessions, conversion rate, AOV, and bounce rate • Partner with Customer Experience to improve on-site clarity and reduce friction • Collaborate with Performance Marketing, Email/SMS, Creative, Operations, and CX teams

• Manage and maintain the Shopify storefront ensuring products, descriptions, pricing, and images are optimized. • Support the setup and management of Amazon Seller Central. • Launch and manage paid advertising campaigns on Meta, including Facebook and Instagram. • Create and schedule social media content that supports product promotion and brand awareness.

• Support in improving the user experience. • Analyze and report e-commerce metrics to identify optimization opportunities. • Assist in optimizing our Shopify-based online stores (CRO). • Support search engine positioning (SEO) to increase organic visibility.
