• Deep dive into target audiences & ad concepts — You understand what triggers the target audience and translate that into creative, high-performing editing styles. • Editing videos that sell — You produce highly converting ads for TikTok & Meta, from snappy UGC edits to podcast formats, integrating subtle yet impactful animations. • Collaborating with copywriters & creators — As one of four cutting superstars, you implement scripts together with copywriter feedback, provide creative input, and contribute your own ideas to optimize the ads. • Optimizing editing processes — You develop efficient workflows, use templates and automations to work faster and more effectively. • Keeping trends on your radar & implementing them innovatively — You know the latest TikTok & Meta editing trends and apply them to ads that stand out.

Job Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience editing for Meta & TikTok ads at an agency or for an e-commerce brand (or you’re an exceptional talent with a top-tier portfolio)
  • Direct response editing skills — Cutting ads that sell? No problem for you
  • Proficiency with key software — Premiere Pro, After Effects and Photoshop should be familiar tools to you
  • Creativity & out-of-the-box thinking — You love testing new editing elements and creating killer hooks that grab attention
  • Self-responsibility & drive — You don’t need close supervision; you want to shape your work and continuously improve
  • Team spirit & sense of humor — We work closely, support each other, and don’t take ourselves too seriously, but always with a clear goal in mind
