• You will professionalize our onsite growth offering and independently develop data-driven CRO strategies for our e‑commerce clients • Based on in-depth funnel analyses (e.g., Shopify, GA4), heatmaps and session recordings, you systematically identify conversion and revenue opportunities • With a clear focus on impact vs. effort, you prioritize hypotheses and develop structured testing roadmaps • You design and evaluate A/B tests independently and derive concrete UX optimizations in close coordination with design and development • You confidently present results to clients and translate data into clear, actionable recommendations • You proactively identify further growth opportunities and approach CRO with an entrepreneurial mindset — focused on measurable business impact
Job Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience in CRO / UX Optimization within e‑commerce
- Solid hands‑on experience in A/B testing, testing tools and data‑driven optimization
- Strong understanding of funnels and conversion, including GA4 and e‑commerce tracking know‑how
- Hypothesis‑driven, structured working style with a clear KPI and business focus
- Confident client management skills and persuasive presentation and communication abilities
- High level of ownership and confidence working in project‑based, dynamic setups
- Fluent German and English, both written and spoken

• Create design concepts based on direction from the Creative Director and Brand Managers. • Develop eCommerce visuals, including product images, A+ Content, brand storefronts, and digital marketing materials. • Work with client assets (Brand Guidelines, PSDs, videos, etc.) to create cohesive, high-quality imagery. • Upload creative designs and photography to eCommerce platforms while ensuring accuracy and quality. • Collaborate with the Creative Director for mentorship, feedback, and continuous skill development. • Communicate with Brand Management teams to ensure creative execution aligns with business goals. • Manage multiple projects efficiently, meeting deadlines while maintaining high design standards. • Stay updated on design trends and eCommerce best practices to keep visuals fresh and engaging.
