Technical Video Content Intern, Developer Ecosystem

• Ideate, develop, and release a specific short-form video series tailored for social platforms. • Assist in growing Twilio's developer audience through short-form video that educates and entertains developers on Twilio's platform (Content Creation). • Develop content concepts, outlines, and scripts for tutorials and explainers (Pre-Production). • Regularly appear on camera to deliver engaging technical content. • Collaborate with subject-matter experts to ensure content is technically accurate and aligned with developer needs. • Partner with Brand and Marketing teams to review final edits for clarity and quality. • Publish and maintain content across Twilio's developer channels and social platforms (Distribution). • Use analytics and feedback to learn and continuously improve your storytelling.

Job Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in an accredited university as a Junior or Senior, preferably studying Computer Science, Communications, Film, or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of how to create and edit short-form content (TikTok, Reels, Shorts).
  • Foundational knowledge of web-based technologies, including but not limited to APIs, and HTTP methods/requests.
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language of your choice.
  • Strong developer empathy and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
  • Strong collaboration and project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Basic hands-on experience with video editing tools (e.g., Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, or similar).
  • Familiarity with tools for screen capture, livestreams, or recordings.
  • Experience working with Airtable or similar tools for content planning and production workflows.
