Job Requirements
- 8+ years of industry experience with 3+ years in engineering management (or equivalent leadership)
- Experience building and shipping trust, identity, privacy, or compliance-related product experiences
- Strong product intuition and ability to partner with PMs, designers, and legal/policy stakeholders
- Track record of managing cross-platform teams (backend + mobile + web)
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience with sensitive data handling, privacy-by-design principles, or identity verification systems is a strong plus.
