• Support and execute sourcing strategies across Labor, Professional Services, and indirect Construction & Commissioning categories. • Manage sourcing activities across assigned category spend, with a focus on cost, service, quality, and compliance objectives. • Partner with the Global Category Leader and regional category management teams to coordinate sourcing initiatives, align on priorities, and support category plans. • Work closely with internal stakeholders across Finance, Business Sourcing, Operations, Supply Chain, Corporate, and Construction & Commissioning to understand business needs and deliver effective sourcing solutions. • Lead supplier selection, bid processes, and contract negotiations for assigned categories. • Support vendor management activities, including supplier performance, service levels, and ongoing relationship management. • Identify opportunities to reduce total cost of ownership through sourcing, demand management, supplier optimization, and process improvement. • Help ensure compliance with company policies, sourcing procedures, and applicable contractual requirements. • Analyze spend, market conditions, and supplier capabilities to support sourcing decisions and category planning. • Drive execution of sourcing projects and continuous improvement initiatives across the assigned categories.

• Partner with engineering leaders to understand technology roadmaps and translate them into sourcing strategies and supplier engagement plans. • Lead end-to-end sourcing initiatives across infrastructure, engineering services, developer tooling, and emerging technology platforms. • Structure and run complex sourcing processes including market assessments, RFPs, supplier selection, and enterprise negotiations. • Evaluate supplier capabilities, pricing models, and technical fit to support engineering decision-making. • Support major infrastructure and platform negotiations including cloud, data infrastructure, developer platforms, and AI technologies. • Use data and AI-enabled tools to analyze proposals, compare supplier economics, and extract insights from contracts and proposals. • Partner with Legal and Finance to structure commercial terms that balance engineering flexibility with financial discipline. • Develop category strategies that improve supplier performance, manage risk, and create long-term competitive advantage. • Contribute to the evolution of sourcing workflows by helping implement AI-enabled analysis, deal summaries, and supplier evaluation frameworks. • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to drive successful negotiations and supplier outcomes.

• Partner with CIO leadership and technology teams to understand platform needs, business requirements, and technology roadmaps. • Develop sourcing strategies across enterprise SaaS platforms, enterprise applications, data platforms, security technologies, and workplace systems. • Lead complex sourcing events including supplier discovery, RFPs, negotiations, and contract execution. • Evaluate supplier proposals, pricing models, and long-term cost structures. • Partner with Legal and Finance to structure scalable commercial terms and risk protections. • Use AI-enabled tools and structured analysis to compare supplier proposals and generate negotiation insights. • Develop category strategies that improve cost efficiency, supplier innovation, and long-term platform scalability. • Simplify sourcing processes and improve decision frameworks used by technology stakeholders. • Build strong partnerships with technology leaders to ensure sourcing is embedded early in platform investment decisions. • Contribute to building repeatable sourcing knowledge frameworks that improve how decisions are made across the organization.

• Provide day-to-day order management and support for the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes • Shape the P2P experience at Samara by partnering with internal stakeholders and external vendors • Drive new initiatives and support our rapidly growing global organization • Manage purchase requests and complete supplier setups in our ERP • Create Purchase Orders in Netsuite • Amend Purchase Orders as instructed by management • Partner with Accounts Payable to streamline the Procure to Pay process • Drive the continued adoption of our procurement solutions and processes • Assist Accounting, where instructed to perform accruals due diligence for the monthly close process • Support our procurement compliance processes • Develop deep knowledge of business needs and recommend continuous improvement around procurement processes and systems • Manage and maintain the relationship between the internal customers and vendors while focusing on growing positive relationships with our suppliers • Build and maintain the Procure to Pay dashboard and metrics
