Job Description

Senior Automation Developer

Outsourcey

• Design and develop complex software solutions using UiPath, ABBYY and related technologies • Participate design discussions and code reviews • Apply best practice development standards • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues • Collaborate with business analysts to translate requirements into technical specifications • Optimise existing automation solutions for performance and scalability • Participate in project planning and estimation • Document technical specifications and solution design • Ensure code quality through testing and validation • Participate in regular team meetings ( daily standup, weekly and other)

Job Requirements

  • 5-8+ years experience as a Senior Automation Developer
  • Strong expertise in UiPath development and enterprise process automation solutions
  • Experience with Document Processing tools and BPM/workflow
  • Advanced programming skills in .NET, Python.
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Proven track record of delivering complex enterprise solutions
  • An end to end solution mindset – thinking beyond silo technology features
  • Knowledge of AI/ML technologies
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Power Automate (highly desirable)
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices (highly desirable)
  • Expertise in code optimisation and performance tuning (highly desirable)
  • Formal qualifications in IT – e.g. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or other (highly desirable)
  • UiPath Senior Developer Certification (desirable)
  • Additional technical certifications(desirable)
