Senior Automation Developer
Outsourcey
• Design and develop complex software solutions using UiPath, ABBYY and related technologies • Participate design discussions and code reviews • Apply best practice development standards • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues • Collaborate with business analysts to translate requirements into technical specifications • Optimise existing automation solutions for performance and scalability • Participate in project planning and estimation • Document technical specifications and solution design • Ensure code quality through testing and validation • Participate in regular team meetings ( daily standup, weekly and other)
Job Requirements
- 5-8+ years experience as a Senior Automation Developer
- Strong expertise in UiPath development and enterprise process automation solutions
- Experience with Document Processing tools and BPM/workflow
- Advanced programming skills in .NET, Python.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Proven track record of delivering complex enterprise solutions
- An end to end solution mindset – thinking beyond silo technology features
- Knowledge of AI/ML technologies
- Experience with Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Power Automate (highly desirable)
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices (highly desirable)
- Expertise in code optimisation and performance tuning (highly desirable)
- Formal qualifications in IT – e.g. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or other (highly desirable)
- UiPath Senior Developer Certification (desirable)
- Additional technical certifications(desirable)
