Automation Engineer, UI Path

• Participate in process discovery and assessment • Design, build, test, deploy, and maintain UiPath automations • Monitor bots in production, troubleshoot issues, and iterate on workflows • Document automation solutions (process flows, design specs, test plans, runbooks) • Support integrations when needed (APIs, databases, files, ETL-style workflows) • Collaborate with IT, security, and compliance teams • Help track and report automation metrics • Support and enhance existing automations
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
- Strong English communication skills (written and spoken)
- 3–5+ years of experience in automation, RPA, or software development
- Solid hands-on UiPath experience (Studio, Orchestrator, Robots)
- Proven ability to design, build, deploy, and support production-grade automations
- Strong working knowledge of at least one programming language (Python, C#, VB.NET, or JavaScript)
- Experience integrating automations with APIs, databases, Excel/CSV files
- Ability to work autonomously and support junior team members
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience or strong interest in generative AI and AI-assisted automation (preferred)
- UiPath certifications or readiness to pursue them (preferred).
