Job Requirements
- 5+ years of product marketing experience at a B2B SaaS company
- Proven success in early-stage or high-growth environments
- Demonstrated experience with cloud platforms (AWS and/or Azure)
- Infrastructure and/or security background is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to lead product launches, build compelling messaging, and develop enablement content that drives pipeline and adoption
- Skilled at synthesizing technical product capabilities into customer-centric narratives
- Experience conducting customer and market research to drive positioning and content
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-starter with a bias toward action and experimentation

The ideal candidate brings together a data-driven, analytical mindset with hands-on B2B marketing experience and a hunger to build and own a high-performance marketing function. This is a CMO-track role and will be part of Lightyear's functional leadership team, with a highly competitive compensation package customized to the candidate's experience, preferences, and goals. Lightyear is a remote-first and distributed working environment, and this role can be done from anywhere in the US. Total cash compensation will be based on years of experience with an expected range between $160,000- $230,000.
