Job Description You will use your technical background to interface with customers, gather requirements, and leverage 3Sharp proprietary tools, Microsoft 365 and Windows apps, and AI to build compelling demo scenarios and tell stories that help our customers sell their software and/or services. If you are not a graphic designer but have always had an eye for color, design, and presentation, this is a great opportunity to unleash your creative side and grow in that area. What you’ll do: - Meet with customers to understand their needs, confirm success criteria for their demo projects, and own the iterative build and feedback process with the customer. - Communicate clearly and navigate ambiguity using strong consulting skills. - Build demos and visually compelling assets that help tell customer stories. - Write clear, consistent demo scripts and other documentation for customer consumption. - Quickly learn new technologies and build credibility as a trusted advisor. - Lead technical marketing consultants on the project team to meet customer objectives. - Partner with project managers, quality assurance, and cross-functional team members to ensure project success. - Troubleshoot problems independently while collaborating in a deadline-driven environment. - Contribute to multiple concurrent projects from beginning to end, with success measured by customer satisfaction. Within the first three months, you will become confident producing 3Sharp deliverables and contributing to project teams. Qualifications - 5+ years in a customer-facing consulting role within the IT industry. - Proven ability to deliver on time, on budget, and with high customer satisfaction. - Strong technical writing, requirements gathering, and communication skills. - Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and Windows feature sets. - Experience with Microsoft Copilot or other AI tools is preferred. - Experience building and presenting software product demos is preferred, with an emphasis on storytelling. - Ability to contribute both independently and as part of a team. - Ability to learn quickly, follow direction, and maintain a strong attention to detail. Additional Information Salary: This is a full-time, salaried exempt position with a salary range of $110,000 to $138,000, depending on experience. Benefits: 3Sharp pays 90% of employee insurance premiums (medical, dental, vision) and offers a 401(k) match. New employees accrue 4 weeks of PTO in their first year and receive 9 paid holidays. Remote Operations & Business Hours: 3Sharp is based in Bothell, WA, and operates primarily as a remote workplace. Occasional in-person meetings may be scheduled by management. We prefer applicants who live in Washington State but are open to exceptional candidates from nearby states. Our core business hours follow Pacific Time to support collaboration and consistency. Relocation: Relocation assistance is not available for this role.
