• Create detailed, realistic 3D models for architectural, product, and related design projects • Use Autodesk Maya, 3ds Max, and V-Ray to render photorealistic visuals aligned with client specifications • Develop accurate engineering drawings in AutoCAD and integrate them into 3D designs • Produce and edit videos using Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects, incorporating 3D visuals and animations • Create motion graphics and engaging video content aligned with project goals • Edit, color grade, and compose video content to ensure seamless, high-quality final outputs • Use Adobe Photoshop to post-process 3D renders and composite final images • Apply lighting, textures, and materials to achieve visually accurate and photorealistic results • Collaborate with designers, engineers, and other team members to integrate 3D models into broader project workflows • Interact with clients to understand requirements and implement revisions as needed • Maintain organized workflows while managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines

• Create memorable acting choices - able to define the characters and offer fresh and original ideas. • Develop the emotional content of each scene through strong acting skills. • Work closely with the Head of Character Animation and Supervising Animators to keep characters on model. • Set a high quality standard of animation for other animators to follow. • Ability to take on a range of animation styles. • Able to establish/build outstanding mechanics. • Consistently finds appealing poses - elevates the quality of any characters’ design or shot. • Test character setups and develop new animation tools. • Ability to solve technical issues independently and/ or knowledge of when to elevate them. • Strong understanding of the CG animation pipeline. • Strong communication skills - able to anticipate any delays to schedule and communicate those issues as soon as possible. • Open and adaptable to feedback or changes. • Teamwork: Mentoring new animators, sharing suggestions and helpful tips and tricks, seeking out opportunities and efficiencies that drive the department forward.

• Work closely with the marketing team, transforming analytical insights into high-performing creative ideas for animations and motion design; • Independently create and optimize short-form video ads for TikTok, Meta, Google, and other major platforms; • Take ownership of the full creative process — from idea to final export; • Develop and test strong hooks (the first 3 seconds of a video) to maximize viewer retention; • Edit, crop, and adapt videos for different formats (Stories, Feeds, Ads); • Ensure all creatives meet platform technical requirements (resolution, aspect ratio, duration); • Follow brand guidelines and platform policies; • Participate in creative brainstorms and contribute ideas that improve performance.

As a 3D Visualizer, you will bring interior design concepts to life through photorealistic 3D renderings, animations, and walkthroughs that capture both the intent and emotion of a space. Your role includes: - Develop realistic 3D renderings, walkthroughs, and animations for interior design projects. - Translate 2D plans, sketches, and design concepts into photorealistic 3D visuals. - Collaborate closely with interior designers to ensure visuals align with design intent, brand standards, and client requirements. - Create mood boards, material boards, and color palettes for presentations. - Apply lighting, texturing, and material effects to produce high-quality, atmospheric visuals. - Maintain an organized library of textures, materials, and 3D models for ongoing projects. - Assist in producing presentation layouts for client meetings and proposals. - Stay updated on industry trends, rendering techniques, and relevant software advancements. - Collaboration with the lead visualizer who will provide training on company processes and software access. - Communication and transparency are emphasized as core company values. - Visualizers typically become involved during the final visualization stage rather than early concept development phases. - Adherence to brand guidelines varies by project. - The expected output averages 1 to 2 renders per day if there are no issues. - Project load varies based on complexity and timeline. - The level of 3D modelling required varies by project. - The role involves primarily internal collaboration with minimal direct client contact expected. - Client presentations are typically handled by senior leads and management. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field. - 5 to 6 years' proven experience as a 3D Visualizer in an interior design or architectural environment. - Experience working for interior design companies specifically, not just general 3D visualization roles. - International project experience is strongly preferred, particularly with companies based in the Middle East or serving global clients. - Proficiency in 3ds Max, V-Ray/Corona Renderer, AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, and Lumion/Enscape (or similar rendering tools) for post-production work. - Experience in using SketchUp would be preferred. - Strong understanding of interior design principles, color theory, lighting, and materials. - Ability to interpret design briefs and produce visuals that accurately reflect design intent. - Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills. - Strong communication skills and ability to work under tight deadlines. - Must have portfolio showing samples for Interior designs.
