• Analyze and integrate internal and external data to generate Market Intelligence and Competitive Intelligence insights • Conduct analyses using public databases, market data, industry reports, competitor information, and internal data • Support studies on competitive positioning, benchmarking, and strategic market movements • Develop reports, studies, and analytical dashboards, translating data into clear information for decision-making • Provide analytical inputs for strategic planning, product development, and product evolution • Collaborate with teams such as Strategy, Product, Commercial, Marketing, and Analytics • Support analyses related to product, channel, customer, and market performance • Contribute to the organization and evolution of market and competitor databases • Build analytical narratives (data storytelling) for executive and technical audiences • Ensure the quality, consistency, and reliability of data and analyses

• Work with client resources to set up and QA data feeds for revenue cycle data and load data to R1 servers. • Plan, create and deliver time-sensitive ad-hoc report requests. • Summarize and include findings from analysis in reports distributed to Operations and leadership team for decision support. • Act as an expert for Health Information Systems data models. • Develop and implement validation standards for data transfer/loading and report creation. • Validate data and reports in the client host system.

How you’ll make an impact in this role - Assists in creation of reporting and analytic packages, querying various types of healthcare data. - Provide research and administrative assistance for special projects as assigned. - Analyze reports to measure utilization, cost, and descriptive statistics. - Reviews information for accuracy and reconciles data. - Conducts and synthesizes market research and benchmarks. What minimum requirements you’ll need Education: - High school diploma equivalency OR Enrolled in accredited program specific to discipline required. What additional preferences we're seeking - Progress towards (or completion of) Bachelor's degree in mathematics, statistics, economics, or a healthcare-related field is strongly preferred. - Healthcare industry knowledge, such as managed care and value based care concepts, population health and healthcare economics is strongly preferred. - Prior internship experience in a healthcare organization is preferred.
