• Optimize and manage paid media campaigns on a daily basis • Manage A/B tests in paid media campaigns • Provide guidelines to the design team for the production of creative assets • Create audience segments for prospecting new customers • Maintain regular contact with media partners for alignment and management of linked accounts • Coordinate regularly with the global team on targets, new channels, and investments • Monitor campaign performance daily • Assist in achieving the department's overall conversion goals
