• Launch, manage, and optimize advertising campaigns end-to-end, including keyword generation and campaign setup. • Own budget performance and conversion costs (CPA/CAC), with full responsibility for efficiency and scaling. • Build and execute A/B testing plans, generate and validate hypotheses, and run continuous experiments. • Monitor and analyze key funnel metrics (traffic, conversions, CPA/CAC), identifying growth and optimization opportunities. • Conduct regular reporting and deep-dive analysis to drive data-informed decisions. • Collaborate closely with Marketing Managers, Developers, Designers, and Copywriters to create and improve ad assets. • Communicate with external partners (Google, Microsoft) and internal stakeholders (e.g., Product/Brand Managers) to align on strategy and performance.
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Google Ads and 2+ years with Microsoft Advertising (Bing Ads)
- Strong experience in top English-speaking markets (US, Canada, UK, Australia)
- Solid understanding of PPC in US and Western European markets
- Proven experience managing large budgets ($100K+ monthly)
- Google Ads Editor, Microsoft Ads Editor
- Strong knowledge of measurement, attribution, and conversion tracking (including GA4)
- Solid understanding of B2B and B2C marketing models and funnels
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify growth opportunities and optimization gaps based on data
- Ownership mindset, with the ability to independently manage and scale performance
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Fluent English level (written and spoken)

JOB DESCRIPTION: The Senior Media Manager will be responsible for the tactical execution, performance monitoring, and operational management of paid media campaigns.
