E-Commerce Manager, 20 Std./Woche

• Pflege und Weiterentwicklung unseres Online Shops (Content, Produkte, Collections, Landingpages) • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Webentwickler bei neuen Features, Optimierungen und technischen Anpassungen • Testing und Qualitätssicherung im Shop (Usability, Mobile-Optimierung, Checkout, Bugs etc.) • Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung von Kampagnen, Launches und Aktionen im Shop • Conversion-Optimierung (CRO): Analyse von Nutzerverhalten und Ableitung konkreter Verbesserungen • Mitwirkung bei Tracking, Datenstruktur und Shop-Performance (z. B. Google Analytics, Pixel, Events) • SEO-Basics im Shop (Struktur, Meta-Daten, interne Verlinkung) • Schnittstelle zu Marketing (Ads, Newsletter, Social) zur optimalen Shop-Integration

Job Requirements

  • Erfahrung im E-Commerce, idealerweise mit Shopify oder ähnlichen Shop-Systemen
  • Technisches Verständnis und Interesse an Webentwicklung (Du musst nicht selbst programmieren, aber mitdenken können)
  • Gefühl für User Experience, Ästhetik und Markenauftritt im Premium-Bereich
  • Analytisches Denken und Lust, Zahlen in konkrete Optimierungen zu übersetzen
  • Strukturierte, eigenständige Arbeitsweise
  • Sehr gutes Deutsch, gutes Englisch
  • Erste Erfahrung mit A/B-Tests, CRO-Tools oder Heatmaps (nice to have)
  • Grundkenntnisse in HTML/CSS oder ein generelles Verständnis für Web-Strukturen (nice to have)
  • Erfahrung mit Tracking-Setups (GA4, Meta Pixel etc.) (nice to have)
