• Perform end-to-end payroll processing, from data entry through final closing and validation. • Manage and coordinate benefits administration, including vendor negotiations and periodic review of benefit packages. • Ensure payroll processes comply with current legislation and support internal and external audits. • Act as a consultant to employees on payroll, compensation and benefits matters, providing insights and recommendations. • Prepare and monitor filing of statutory obligations (eSocial, DCTFWeb, FGTS Digital). • Manage time and attendance closing.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting or related fields.
- Courses and certifications in Payroll, eSocial, Compensation and Benefits.
- Ongoing training in Employment Law and Compliance.
- Knowledge of payroll closing, validation and audit processes.
- Knowledge of benefits administration processes and vendor negotiation.
- Knowledge of procedures for reviewing, adjusting and implementing compensation policies.
- Ability to analyze large volumes of data, identify trends and propose improvements.
- Ability to make decisions based on detailed analysis and strong business knowledge.
- Holistic understanding of HR processes and their impact across the organization.
- Extensive experience with the ADP system.
- Experience with audits or regulatory inspections.
- Focus on continuous improvement and process efficiency.
