• Develop and manage comprehensive launch plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business goals and stakeholder expectations. • Work closely with product management, engineering, marketing, sales, customer support, and other teams to ensure all launch activities are coordinated and executed smoothly. • Identify potential risks and issues related to product launches and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes. • Serve as the primary point of contact for all launch-related communications, providing regular updates to stakeholders and ensuring transparency throughout the launch process. • Create and maintain detailed launch documentation, including project plans, status reports, and post-launch analyses. • Coordinate the development and delivery of training materials and sessions for internal teams to ensure they are prepared for product launches. • Oversee final quality checks and ensure that all launch activities meet established standards and requirements. • Conduct post-launch evaluations to assess the success of product launches, gather feedback, and identify areas for improvement. • Continuously refine and improve launch processes and methodologies to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Project Management, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in product operations, project management, or a related role, with a proven track record of managing successful product launches.
- Strong project management skills, with proficiency in project management tools such as Asana, Trello, or JIRA.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to anticipate issues and develop proactive solutions.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
