Job Description

Sales Analyst

Creatio

• Ensure accurate and timely incentive calculations. • Prepare and maintain calculation models for compensation plans. • Validate input data used for bonus calculations and ensure high data accuracy. • Perform monthly and quarterly bonus calculations based on approved compensation plans. • Identify discrepancies or calculation errors and resolve them. • Support the development and improvement of compensation models and incentive structures. • Create and maintain clear, user-friendly documentation of compensation plans and calculation methodologies. • Provide ongoing support and explanations to stakeholders regarding bonus calculations. • Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to ensure clear understanding of compensation logic and objectives. • Communicate updates and improvements in compensation processes.

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in an analyst role (financial, sales operations, or similar).
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (formulas, pivot tables, preferably Power Query).
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to work with large datasets.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
  • Proactive mindset with ability to identify improvements and optimize processes.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills.
  • Upper-intermediate or higher level of English and Ukrainian.
  • Will be a plus: Experience with SQL (MSSQL/MySQL/PostgreSQL).
  • Will be a plus: Experience with Power BI or other analytics tools (e.g., Woopra, Matomo, Funnel, Ruler).
