QA Automation Engineer
Full Scale
• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks. • Execute automated and manual tests to validate software functionality, performance, and reliability. • Identify, document, and track defects using tools like JIRA or Trello. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality deliverables throughout the software development lifecycle. • Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on testability and quality. • Continuously improve test processes, automation coverage, and efficiency. • Support regression testing, integration testing, and system testing efforts.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in QA automation or software testing.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum development environments.
- Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (Java, Python, JavaScript, or similar).
- Experience with test frameworks (e.g., TestNG, JUnit, Pytest).
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI.
- Knowledge of API testing (Postman, RestAssured) is a plus.
- Understanding of version control systems (Git).

• Collaboration: Work closely with developers, business analysts, and product owners to understand requirements and provide feedback during the development process. Participate in the upkeep of QA operations & suggest improvements where needed • Test Ownership (Planning, Documentation, Execution etc): Collaborate with product owners to define test objectives, strategies, and test plans for Salesforce projects. Create & timely execute detailed test cases and test scripts (inclusive of applicable regressions) based on business requirements to verify the functionality, performance, security, and usability of Salesforce / enterprise applications. Maintain comprehensive test documentation.
