Job Requirements
- Execution and management of functional and regression tests: experience in manual testing focused on MOBILE, ensuring not only execution but also planning and traceability of the tests performed (coverage matrix, execution history).
- Web and Mobile application testing: functional and exploratory validation in Web and Mobile (Android/iOS) environments, with attention to responsiveness and device compatibility.
- REST API validation: proficiency in testing services using Postman, Insomnia or Swagger, validating contracts, headers, payloads and status codes.
- Knowledge of Mendix: familiarity with validating business rules, microflows and expected behavior in applications developed on the Mendix platform.
- Bug management and defect lifecycle: use of tools such as Azure DevOps or Jira for complete logging, categorization, prioritization and tracking of defects until resolution.
- Test management: organizing scenarios and test cases in tools like Test Plans (Azure DevOps), XRay, Zephyr or similar, with versioning and execution evidence.
- Test automation (desirable): basic knowledge of automation for APIs, Web or Mobile using tools such as Selenium, Appium, REST Assured or Cypress.
- Database queries: ability to perform data validations directly in the database, assisting in root cause analysis and validation of fixes.
- Agile methodologies and Agile Testing: experience in Scrum/Kanban environments, with an understanding of the QA role in an agile squad (tests driven by acceptance criteria, DoD, fast feedback and continuous testing).
- Exploratory and risk-based testing: ability to create scenarios based on critical impact analysis, even without formal documentation.
- Focus on continuous quality and process improvement: active contribution to evolving the squad's testing maturity, proposing improvements in bug tracking flows, test management and failure prevention.
- Autonomy and initiative: ability to prioritize and execute tests even in contexts with high incident demand and multiple systems involved.
- Analytical and investigative mindset: critical thinking to understand the real impact of an incident, find root causes and anticipate possible regressions.
- Organization and clear communication: excellence in bug reporting, test documentation and communication with developers, analysts and Product Owners.
- Collaboration in agile environments: integration with the team to understand requirements, define acceptance criteria and deliver iteratively with a customer focus.
- Flexibility and context switching: readiness to handle rapid priority changes, unstable production environments and same-day refocusing.
