Responsibilities - Conduct detailed QA checks on video and static ads to identify typos, formatting issues, visual inconsistencies, and execution errors. - Cross-check creatives against brand rules and legal requirements (e.g., claims, disclaimers, prohibited language) before delivery. - Follow standardized QA checklists and processes to ensure consistency and thoroughness across a high volume of assets. - Provide precise, actionable feedback to creative strategists, editors, and designers to ensure quick resolution. - Review a large volume of creatives daily while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. - Track, prioritize, and complete QA tasks using project management tools (e.g., Asana) in line with deadlines. - Communicate proactively with strategists, editors, designers, and project managers to resolve issues and improve creative quality. - Identify recurring issues and contribute to improving QA checklists, workflows, and documentation. - Learn and retain brand-specific guidelines across multiple clients to ensure accurate QA. Qualifications - Strong attention to detail and ability to spot small inconsistencies. - Experience reviewing creative assets (video and static) or similar QA work. - Understanding of performance marketing creatives and ad formats. - Ability to follow structured checklists and processes. - Clear written communication and feedback skills. - Comfortable working with high-volume creative production. - Strong organizational and time management skills. - Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. - Experience using task management tools (e.g., Asana, ClickUp, Monday, etc.). - Ability to learn and apply multiple brand guidelines quickly.
