• Provide Tier-3 ownership for storage services, including file, block, and object storage (S3-like concepts) • Ensure operational readiness for all storage-related changes • Handle complex incidents and perform root cause analysis • Manage and troubleshoot storage integration within Kubernetes environments • Reduce operational toil by automating standard tasks • Validate deployment artifacts and enforce quality assurance measures • Maintain monitoring and alerting coverage, performance baselines, and hardening strategies • Implement logging strategies to support audit requirements and perform routine security scans
Job Requirements
- Senior-level professional with 5+ years in IT storage operations or platform operations in mission-critical environments
- Expert knowledge of storage types (File, Block, Object) and protocols such as NFS and S3-like services
- Proven experience with storage virtualisation in enterprise environments
- Strong understanding of Kubernetes storage integration and CSI driver troubleshooting
- Demonstrated leadership in Incident, Problem, Change, and Release governance
- Technical proficiency with observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Mimir, or Loki
- Familiarity with GitOps and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) concepts (Terraform, OpenTofu, ArgoCD) for governing deployment standards
- Experience with ITSM toolsets including Jira Service Management (JSM), Jira, and Confluence
- Proficiency in both speech and writing in English (at least C1)
- Proficiency in both speech and writing in German (at least C1).

Role Overview As the Manager of Operations, you will own the reliability, clarity, and execution of the product engine. You will lead the coordination of cross-functional teams to ensure that product launches happen on time, with high quality, and with clear communication across teams. Your Core Focus - Ownership of Product Launches: Lead cross-functional product launch initiatives from planning through execution, ensuring that all work is completed on time and at the highest quality. - Collaboration and Alignment: Partner closely with the CCO and functional leads to ensure alignment on priorities, sequencing, and tradeoffs. - Launch Readiness and Execution: Ensure the launch process is streamlined and organized, and that all deliverables are coordinated and meet expectations. - Process Improvement: Continuously identify opportunities for process improvements that increase efficiency and enhance execution. Job Description Collects necessary documentation and communicates with third party payers, healthcare professionals and customers to prioritize requests. Verifies patient registration and confirms benefit coverage, including deductibles and out-of-pocket expenses; researches and verifies covered benefits for ordered tests, procedures, and other services. Responsible for assuring that prior authorization for medical services, including testing, procedures, surgery, Durable Medical Equipment (DME), and medications is completed and confirmed. Obtains diagnosis(es)/CPT code(s) from medical chart and/or provider office. Contacts third party payer to determine appropriate prior authorization process. Works closely with provider offices to obtain and clarify documentation to demonstrate medical necessity.
