AI Squad Leader
CI&T
• Adoption of CI&T Flow • Plan and execute rollouts across squads; map pain points and opportunities, and select the most appropriate agents/engines. • Report adoption and throughput metrics; remove impediments and adjust the adoption plan. • Ensure the cadence of agile rituals (planning, reviews, refinements, retrospectives) with a focus on GenAI adoption in Upstream. • Train Product Owners and teams in the use of Upstream agents (discovery, writing stories, prioritization, documentation). • Create enablement materials, usage guides and playbooks; promote communities of practice and champions.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience leading teams/squads in an agile environment, with a focus on continuous delivery and SDLC improvement.
- Hands-on, proven experience with CI&T Flow, especially in the use of Upstream agents (discovery, stories, prioritization, documentation).
- Experience driving adoption of new platforms/processes within teams (Change Management applied to engineering/product), including training and enablement.
- Experience applying GenAI to the development flow (improving discovery, generating/reviewing stories, documentation, testing).
- Experience in mature SDLC environments (CI/CD, quality, security) and integrating with architecture and engineering.
