Impact Communications Associate Director

Job Requirements
- 8-10+ years of experience in impact communications, including funder engagement or media and public relations, preferably in the political or renewable energy field.
- Strong writing skills
- Creative approaches to communicating impact
- Ability to adapt tone based on audiences
- Awareness of and ability to communicate economic impacts, drivers and motivators of the renewable energy transition
- Demonstrated ability to synthesize inputs from multiple teams into cohesive narratives
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to collaborate closely across departments
- Competency in utilizing CRMs (Salesforce), web platforms (WordPress) and design tools (Canva)
- Strong analytical skills
- Self-starter with strong organizational skills and creativity
- Ability to work independently and as a member of various teams
- Demonstrated competence in managing complex projects
