• Design & Creative Production: You independently create graphics, ad creatives, carousel ads and social media assets in the required formats. • Channel Strategy & Content Planning: You analyze performance, develop a posting plan and execute it independently. • Social Media Management: You manage our channels on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and Facebook. • Video & Image Editing: You edit and process existing video material and recycle older content. • Quality Assurance: You check every visual for brand compliance. • Community Building: You interact with our community and respond to comments. • UGC Coordination: You brief external creators and coordinate production. • Trends & Ideation: You monitor social media trends and contribute your own content ideas.
Job Requirements
- Design Competence: You have formal training or strong practical experience in media design or graphic design.
- Ready-to-Use Designs: Your designs look professional and are production-ready.
- Design Tools: You are proficient with Canva, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite or comparable tools.
- Social Media Understanding: You know what works on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and Facebook.
- Cutting & Editing Skills: You can cut and edit videos, for example using CapCut, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve or comparable tools.
- AI Affinity: You use AI tools for image generation, drafting copy or creative workflows.
- Self-Directed Work: You manage yourself in a home-office environment, meet deadlines and do not require micromanagement.
- Language Skills: You write strong captions and copy in German — authentic and engaging.
- Bonus: Experience with Meta ad concepts.

CCG is the world’s leading provider of expert and impartial services for collectibles, including coins, banknotes, comic books, magazines, TCGs, sports cards, video games, home video and more. This role owns social execution for two of our most acclaimed brands, CGC Cards and James Spence Authentication (JSA). As a Social Media Content Specialist for CGC Cards & JSA, you will help drive our brand presence across platforms through compelling, customer-focused content. We’re looking for a multi-skilled content specialist with a sharp eye for engaging storytelling, monitoring & adapting to trends and algorithm shifts, and developing a distinct social brand voice. Your responsibilities will include growing our social media presence, owning the social media content calendar, posting and scheduling content, collaborating with our creative & production team members, community management and providing valuable insights. This is a remote position, with occasional evening and weekend support as required. There will be several opportunities for travel, which may include weekends.
