Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required, ideally in Business Administration or Finance. A solid understanding of U.S. real estate and title insurance/review is essential.
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience in title clearance, title examination, and closing operations.
- Proven expertise in reviewing title commitments, interpreting requirements and exceptions, and guaranteeing a clear title for successful closings.
- Experience working within lending, title, or escrow settings—reviewing purchase, refinance, and commercial files—is a valuable plus.
- Experience in title insurance, mortgage lending, or escrow roles, particularly involving mortgage refinance, purchase, and commercial title reviews.
- Comfort with lien verification and managing closing documents is highly desirable.
- Sharp attention to detail paired with a strong analytical mindset.
- Exceptional time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple files efficiently.
- A collaborative communicator and true team player who takes ownership, excels at problem-solving, and exercises sound independent judgment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and experienced with title platforms like CSC, NETRO, or similar systems.

Position Summary The Global Compensation Manager position focuses on governance and best practices to ensure the company has competitive and cost-effective compensation policies and practices that are compliant with respective regulations.
