Role Description Wir suchen ab sofort in Vollzeit (38.5h) für die Überlassung an unseren Kunden, eine:n erfahrene:n Mitarbeiter:in für den Bereich Schaltschrankbau für den Standort in 1210 Wien. - Selbstständige Projektabwicklung kundenspezifischer Projekte von Abgleich zwischen Angebot und Auftrag bis zur Abnahme - Erstellung der Fertigungsunterlagen, E-Pläne und Stücklisten - Fertigungsbegleitende Klärungen und Betreuung der Montage und des Prüffeldes unseres Fertigungspartners telefonisch und gelegentlich vor Ort - Technische Betreuung von internationalen Kunden während der Auftragsabwicklung, Unterstützung für Angebote, Unterstützung bei Kundenabnahmen, Unterstützung Customer Support - Selbständig Lösungen erarbeiten, elektrotechnisch dimensionieren und nachrechnen sowie eigenständige Dokumentation Qualifications - Technische Ausbildung (HTL, FH) mit Schwerpunkt Elektrotechnik, Automatisierungstechnik, Mechatronik - 3-5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Engineering elektrotechnischer Anlagen sowie Umgang mit ELCAD 7 oder EPLAN - Idealerweise Auslegungskompetenz von elektrischen Bauelementen und Erfahrung im Schaltschrankbau in Starkstromtechnik - Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Verbindlichkeit und selbstständige systematische und strukturierte Arbeitsweise - Motivierter Teamplayer mit hoher Einsatzbereitschaft - Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse Requirements - Je nach konkreter Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung ist ein Bruttomonatsgehalt von mindestens EUR 3.500,- vorgesehen (dieses übersteigt jedenfalls das kollektivvertragliche Mindestgehalt). - Die letztgültige Gehaltsvereinbarung treffen wir im Rahmen eines persönlichen Gespräches. • Build and lead a high-performing team spanning data integration, data quality, metadata, and ML-critical data infrastructure for online inference and offline training, including standing up new dedicated integration capacity where needed. • Set and execute the technical strategy aligned to measurable north star metrics such as increasing data evaluation velocity and reducing time to production. • Drive robust data quality and reconciliation frameworks, including retro vs. production checks, ingress-level monitoring, and drift detection to prevent launch issues and downstream model degradation. • Champion a company-wide shift toward data contracts and SLAs, ensuring data producers adopt clear ownership, quality standards, and monitoring practices for ML-critical datasets. • Establish clear end-to-end ownership across the third-party and internal data lifecycle, eliminating fragmented workflows and implicit accountability. • Accelerate third-party data onboarding by operationalizing standardized vendor intake, secure retro ingestion, templated integrations, and configurable microservices that reduce engineering lift and cycle time. • Unlock internal data for ML innovation by improving metadata coverage, lineage standards, ownership contracts, and ML discoverability across high-impact internal domains

• Define and implement an engineering roadmap that supports intelligent and scalable outreach to customers via our direct mail, digital, and partnerships platform • Work with cross functional partners including Product Managers, Performance Marketing Managers, Analytics, and Research Scientists to make this a highly impactful program • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing engineering team directly, focused on providing high quality solutions and incrementally enhance systems with each pull request • Leverage experimentation and data-driven insights to refine growth strategies, optimizing user outreach and conversion through continuous testing, iteration, and personalization • Create a best-in-class direct mail and digital infrastructure that scales
