Professional Services Consultant

• Implement customer projects focused on Impress and e-Services solutions • Configure and adapt solutions for document processing, output management, and digital workflows • Take ownership of project delivery and, where relevant, lead implementation projects • Provide 1st and 2nd level support for existing customers • Train and onboard customers - both remotely and on-site • Act as a technical expert for internal teams (Business Consulting, Sales, Presales) • Support presales activities by contributing technical insights during customer discussions • Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and continuously improve delivery standards

Job Requirements

  • Background in IT, software implementation, or system integration (degree or equivalent experience)
  • Experience in areas such as software implementation, system administration, development, or platform delivery
  • Interest or experience in document processing, output management, or digital communication solutions
  • Familiarity with EDI standards and formats (XML, EDIFACT, XRechnung, etc.) is a plus
  • Basic programming or scripting knowledge (e.g., Java, .NET, RegEx)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Customer-oriented mindset with strong communication abilities
  • Fluent German and English
