• Work closely with clients and colleagues, delivering a range of professional services, including project management, training, report writing, documentation, consulting, and data conversions. • Plan and execute professional services projects, working collaboratively with clients and Andar Software colleagues • Deliver a wide range of professional services, including training, producing user documentation, managing projects, and designing reports, using agreed methods and tools • Manage multiple concurrent projects, working to ensure completion to agreed standards of time, cost, and quality • Develop close collaborative relationships with clients while working within the agreed scope of project deliverables • Assist with the design and delivery of training courses and training materials • Assist with the production of end user documentation • Assist with client support for Andar Software clients • A willingness to occasionally travel to client sites to deliver training
Job Requirements
- Minimum Bachelors-level degree in Information Systems, Business Studies, or equivalent technical training.
- Proven skills in project management
- Proven skill interacting directly with a diverse client base on project management, case management, and support
- Ability to apply agile and lean approaches to the design of work, including project management
- Knowledge of either Crystal Reports or SSRS for report design a plus
- Proven skill developing end user training curricula and/or delivering end user training
- Production of end-user documentation
- Preferred: knowledge of MS SQL Server and T-SQL
- Some domain knowledge of federated giving or intermediary funder organizations
- At least two years’ experience managing information system implementations
- At least two years’ experience designing and/or delivering training
- Preferred: at least two years’ experience working in a federated giving or intermediary funder organization
