Job Requirements
- Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in consulting, technical implementation, process automation, or project management.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and communication skills — you can translate business needs into technical action.
- Fluent in German and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills and confidence working with and presenting to native-speaking clients.
- Experience with ERP environments or cutting-edge AI-driven SaaS solutions is a definite plus
- Hands-on experience with Procure-to-Pay (P2P) or Order-to-Cash (O2C) process flows is a strong advantage.
