Enterprise Application Administrator

Delegate CX

• Serve as a first-line support resource for enterprise applications, including Dynamics 365 F&O, Salesforce, Visual Planning, and Replicon. • Triage, document, and resolve user-reported application issues, escalating to the Sr. Manager IT Applications or third-party vendors as appropriate. • Provide rapid response to issues requiring same-day resolution, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. • Perform system administration tasks including user provisioning, role and permission management, and configuration changes within enterprise applications. • Manage and maintain multiple application environments, ensuring stability and consistency across the landscape. • Assist with the testing and validation of system changes, enhancements, and integrations prior to deployment. • Collaborate with business users and department stakeholders to understand application needs and translate them into actionable support or configuration requests.

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience supporting enterprise or SaaS applications in a business environment.
  • Hands-on experience with system administration tasks such as user management, configuration, and basic troubleshooting within enterprise platforms.
  • Working knowledge of database concepts and the ability to write or interpret basic SQL queries.
  • Familiarity with integration concepts and how business data flows across connected systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve application issues efficiently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to translate technical information for non-technical users.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Genuine interest in learning new applications and helping others apply technology to their work.
