• Serves as the primary contact and subject matter expert (SME) for clinical applications and systems. • Manages and resolves complex application issues in coordination with SunState Medical Specialists. • Supports the development, implementation, and optimization of clinical application systems, including training, user support, and monitoring system usage. • Conducts end-user process audits and provides findings and recommendations to leadership. • Maintains deep knowledge of clinical system functionality, limitations, and operational workflows. • Acts as a resource for clinicians, managers, and staff on system capabilities and best practices. • Develops and delivers training and retraining on system modules to ensure proper use by physicians and staff, evaluating effectiveness as needed. • Establishes policies, procedures, and best practices for clinical application systems. • Leads system implementation and staff training for newly acquired practices. • Serves as a liaison between Sunstate Medical Specialists and field staff to ensure system functionality and workflows are properly implemented and maintained. • Coordinates implementations, identifies process improvements, and supports reporting and auditing activities. • Participates in relevant user groups or professional organizations to stay current on best practices and industry developments.

• Assist with middle and back-office operations and account services on private market funds • Record transactions to the company’s investment management system • Liaise with investment managers, third party administrators and banks • Track forecasted cash flows – capital calls, distributions, invoices, etc. • Review all transaction documentation and supporting files, and understand the features of the investment transactions, accruals, etc. • Review monthly/quarterly closing packages for accuracy and completeness, including capital activity, investment activity, income and expense accruals, valuation adjustments, etc. • Review management fee calculations, including offset amounts, management fee waiver contributions, etc. • Review investor allocations and capital account statements • Review capital call and distribution calculations, sources/uses of cash, allocations, and investor notices • Review distribution waterfall (carried interest) models, in keeping with the applicable fund terms • Prepare and/or review financial statements, notes disclosures, and supporting schedules • Work on the year-end audit process, in collaboration with the client and auditors and service providers

• Manage and optimise the day-to-day performance of Reflaunt-powered resale platforms • Own and optimise online merchandising across categories, brands, and resale programs • Manage product onboarding, categorisation, tagging, and content accuracy • Ensure accurate product lifecycle status (active, hotlist, markdown, rejected, etc.) • Monitor stock availability, pricing, and sell-through performance • Drive seasonal drops, launches, and trading initiatives • Identify gaps, risks, and opportunities impacting sales and customer experience • Leverage AI-enabled tools to enhance catalogue quality, content enrichment, and merchandising efficiency • Manage day-to-day coordination with assigned brand partners • Drive partner onboarding and ensure ongoing operational alignment • Track and resolve issues related to cancellations, returns, stock sync, and catalogue errors • Oversee order flow and ensure smooth execution from listing to delivery • Coordinate with operations, logistics, and warehouse teams • Monitor inventory health and proactively flag discrepancies • Own tracking of key KPIs: sales, conversion, sell-through, cancellations, and availability • Deliver weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights • Maintain dashboards and ensure data accuracy • Act as a key link between merchandising, partner needs, and operational execution

• Supports carrier relationship management and coordination between AGIA teams and insurance carriers. • Coordinates discussions on contract amendments, reporting, remediation projects, and process improvements. • Liaison between internal AGIA internal departments and Carriers. • Manages and drives assigned projects to completion including project tracking, status reports, and escalation. • Serves as AGIA’s carrier point of contact for reporting, processes changes, and distribution of recurring reports. • Supports Carrier audit preparation and remediation. • Facilitates recurring carrier meetings and works with other depts to gather carrier trends for alignment or improvement.
