Billing & Order Operations Specialist – Part-Time

• Responsible for the accurate and smooth processing of customer orders in the billing system • Ensure that invoices are created, adjusted, and tracked correctly • Central point of contact between Sales, Customer Service, and Finance • Entry and maintenance of customer orders in the billing system • Execution of invoice changes, corrections, and cancellations/reversals • Payment management and coordination of payment reminders and escalations • Support in resolving payment discrepancies • Support process optimization

Job Requirements

  • Vocational commercial/business training or equivalent qualification
  • Experience in billing, order processing, or finance operations
  • Very structured and conscientious approach to work
  • Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail
  • Confident use of digital tools and systems
