• Produce concise, compelling thought pieces by leveraging existing company data, research, and insights. • Reshape and shorten existing company research to create a widely accessible narrative. • Develop fresh, innovative topics and angles relevant to fundamental alternatives research and interval funds. • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor strategies, and market dynamics to enhance research relevance and quality • Speak at industry events, panels, and webinars to articulate the firm's research insights and value proposition. • Provide accessible explanations of complex research findings to engage and educate clients and prospects. • Establish the company as a thought leader in the interval fund and fundamental alternatives space. • Work closely with the pan-alts and asset class teams to align research efforts with client needs and business goals. • Develop tailored materials to support client conversations and investment decision-making processes.

• Design and implement an insurance client strategy aligned with Aksia’s existing alternatives strategies, particularly within private credit. • Lead fundraising and structuring for insurance company offerings, working with external rating agencies and external counsel. • Source, originate, and manage relationships with insurers, positioning Aksia as a trusted advisor and asset manager in the insurance space. • Collaborate with internal portfolio teams across private credit, private equity, hedge funds, and real assets to construct portfolios addressing insurance clients' thresholds for yield, risk, liabilities, and capital. • Serve as strategic partner and leader, potentially structuring a small, dedicated team to focus on insurance solutions. • Provide thought leadership on industry trends, regulatory developments, and client challenges.

• Taking a lead role in sourcing, screening, and analyzing private credit secondary transactions and select co-investments and primaries • Providing thorough qualitative research and financial statement analysis • Conducting financial modelling, valuation, structuring and sensitivity analyses to support the evaluation and pricing of secondary opportunities • Managing third-party diligence, conducting secondary research, participating with reference calls • Liaising with primary fund research team to assist with the evaluation of lead sponsors, credit portfolios and deal sourcing • Summarizing research into investment memorandums and presenting key findings to the Investment Committee • Managing and maintaining the firm’s internal database, including tracking investments and recording performance • Monitoring clients’ secondary investments and portfolios • Authoring private markets focused research • Participating in business development activities

• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual close process, ensuring accurate and timely completion • Preparation and review of management financial reporting packages, including P&L reconciliations, variance analysis, and supporting schedules • Oversee preparation of annual financial statements and working with external auditors to issue audits • Design and monitor internal controls over financial reporting, including documentation of key processes and controls • Partner with the CFO on cash flow forecasting, working capital management, and capital allocation decisions • Lead preparation and review of federal, state, and local tax filings for management companies, GPs, and related entities, working with external tax advisors as needed • Manage partnership and GP tax reporting, including review of Schedules K-1, PTET, allocations, and partner capital accounts • Maintain tax calendars, ensure timely filing and payment of all tax obligations, and monitor tax notices, audits, and inquiries • Own day-to-day administration and accounting for deferred compensation arrangements, including carried interest plans, bonus deferral programs, and other long-term incentive plans • Coordinate with HR and Legal on plan documentation, grant letters, and participant communications, ensuring alignment with plan terms and regulatory requirements

• Assist with middle and back-office operations and account services on private market funds • Record transactions to the company’s investment management system • Liaise with investment managers, third party administrators and banks • Track forecasted cash flows – capital calls, distributions, invoices, etc. • Review all transaction documentation and supporting files, and understand the features of the investment transactions, accruals, etc. • Review monthly/quarterly closing packages for accuracy and completeness, including capital activity, investment activity, income and expense accruals, valuation adjustments, etc. • Review management fee calculations, including offset amounts, management fee waiver contributions, etc. • Review investor allocations and capital account statements • Review capital call and distribution calculations, sources/uses of cash, allocations, and investor notices • Review distribution waterfall (carried interest) models, in keeping with the applicable fund terms • Prepare and/or review financial statements, notes disclosures, and supporting schedules • Work on the year-end audit process, in collaboration with the client and auditors and service providers

• Lead and develop a global team of private markets risk and data analytics professionals, setting high analytical standards, review standards, and best practices. • Own the processing of large volumes of data to identify trends in performance; empowering investment recommendations, client reporting, and market-wide analysis. • Design, evolve and refine risk and analytics models and frameworks in partnership with asset class research teams, including anomaly detections, scenario analysis and stress testing. • Partner with Aksia’s clients to understand and address their risk and analytics needs. • Monitor areas of potential risk for Aksia’s products, including diversification testing, investment guidelines, and underperforming investments. • Engage with GPs to enhance data quality and coverage. • Collaborate with Technology and Data teams to further develop Aksia’s internal databases and analytics platforms on improved usage of collected data.

As of December 31, 2025, Aksia advises on over $329bn and manages $35bn of client capital. Position Overview Aksia is seeking a Senior Associate to join our internal finance team. Our finance team is responsible for supporting the firm through day-to-day accounting operations, payroll, banking, and broader financial support. This role will also be responsible for managing the firm’s tax compliance, with a particular focus on tax allocations and partnership taxation, as well as administration of deferred compensation and carried interest programs. The incumbent will report directly to the firm’s CFO and partner closely with Aksia’s finance, HR, legal, and external advisors to ensure accurate reporting, strong controls, and efficient processes around all accounting, tax, and deferred compensation matters This position can be based in one of our US offices or fully remote and will include regular interaction with global colleagues.
