• Lead a dynamic, highly technical team of analysts • Oversee the design, creation, and maintenance of analytics tools and offerings • Collaborate across departments to unlock insights that shape the future of health • Provide day-to-day technical leadership for developing, implementing and maintaining analytical solutions • Conduct research and make recommendations on products, tools, services, protocols and standards • Develop a solid foundation for establishing and maintaining high data quality standards • Continuously look for ways to use data-driven insights to streamline and improve business operations
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, IT, Math, Data Analytics, Engineering, or related discipline
- 10+ years business intelligence, analytical, reporting, or data experience
- 9+ years of experience with Data Lake, EDW, or operational databases
- 2+ years of management experience
- Expert level knowledge of business intelligence tools (Tableau, Qlikview, PowerBI, etc.)
- Understanding data warehousing concepts and practices for managing large datasets
- Awareness of programming languages like Python or R
- Ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical personas
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work cross-functionally
- Experience working with Healthcare data (Preferred)
