• Establish and maintain a formal program management structure to ensure oversight of all contract activities. • Provide program control, quality assurance, risk management, and coordination with the government and Program Office. • Serve as the primary point of contact with government representatives, including the Program Office and COR. • Provide oversight, planning, scheduling, and control of all contract activities and deliverables. • Lead and manage contractor staff, resources, and subcontractors involved in contract execution. • Create and maintain detailed project schedules and regularly update schedules to reflect current progress. • Prepare and submit Monthly Status Reports (MSRs) documenting task progress and financial summaries. • Develop, implement, and maintain a Quality Control Plan (QCP) with established performance metrics.

• Plan, organize, coordinate, manage and maintain the personnel under this action to execute various initiatives and projects under the six CQM programs. • Communicate with the COR daily regarding performance and/or personnel concerns. • Provide oversight and management of personnel, to include onboarding and required training. • Maintain compliance, generate/update reports. • Develop and manage schedules. • Develop the contract Program Management Plan and Weekly Performance Reports. • Define and maintain standards for consistency across the CQM programs. • Apply the principles of high reliability, health and health care improvement and the role of CQM in support of readiness in the military health care environment. • Analyze and report program efforts to ensure operational excellence, manage risks, and reliable processes. • Conduct weekly meetings with COR and other CQM Program leads. • Provide administrative and programmatic support. • Develop a Program Management Plan (PMP) to include CQM implementation and operational details and obtain Government approval. • Update it annually and use it to manage, track, and evaluate TMS’s administration, execution, and tracking. • Ensure adherence to all federal acquisition regulations, statutes, Department of Defense Instructions (DoDI’s), and DHA policies and procedures pertaining to the CQM program, DHA security and training requirements, standards of conduct as established by the DHA Director. and program reporting protocols. • Perform other duties as required.

• Provide acquisition and program management support in accordance with FAR, DoDI 5000.02, and applicable Air Force guidance • Support development and maintenance of acquisition reports, briefings, schedules, and program documentation • Assist Program Managers and IPT Leads with program execution, acquisition planning, and risk management activities • Support cost, schedule, and performance management efforts across acquisition and development programs • Review and support acquisition documentation including RFPs, SRDs, SOWs, CDRLs, LCSPs, APBs, and milestone briefings • Support implementation and execution of acquisition and development activities with Government and contractor teams • Assist with development of acquisition strategies, source selection documentation, and program risk assessments • Review contractor deliverables, schedules, and integration activities • Support Mission Planning Environment (MPE) activities, software development evaluations, and operational planning efforts • Provide support for EVM analysis, funding documentation, and acquisition reporting activities

• In collaboration with a Sales Leader and with the support of Customer Engineering, engage in customer requirements definition prior to contract negotiations during the Sales Cycle • Develop details program plans based on clearly defined customer requirements with the support of Customer Engineering during the Definition Cycle • Understanding of the IMRIS product and service offering specific to the assigned customer prior to final contract negotiation • Communicate and coordinate with all affected areas of the company to ensure awareness of all customer requirements and obligations for assigned customer programs • Ensure that schedules are in place to ensure the timely delivery of IMRIS products and services in accordance with customer requirements and IMRIS company Master Schedule during the Delivery Cycle • Conduct regular internal and external reviews to ensure adherence to committed schedules. Responsible for initiating suitable corrective action plans when critical path milestones are at risk • Manage all costs associated with assigned customer programs to ensure that company financial objectives are achieved • Conduct formal and/or informal reviews of customer satisfaction throughout the Program Management process and report to Senior Management. • Develop initiatives to assure the highest possible level of customer satisfaction, quality and risk management • Budgetary management of all Program Management resources to meet annual company plans • Responsible for quality and risk management of all IMRIS activities associated with Program Management consistent with company objectives • Exhibits leadership practices consistent with company values and traits
