• Build and lead the Cloud Optimization Engineering function • Influence decisions across engineering teams regarding cost drivers • Act as a translator between engineering, finance, and leadership • Own the company’s approach to cloud cost visibility and optimization • Identify and drive opportunities to improve efficiency • Establish scalable frameworks for cost allocation and detection • Build and lead a team focused on cloud optimization and cost-aware systems

• You’ll be working closely with Product and Marketing to shape, build, and learn from growth initiatives that drive acquisition, conversion, and retention. • Build and ship growth features end-to-end as a hands-on contributor (roughly 50% of the role), primarily using React and TypeScript, alongside the team. • Line-manage a small group of Growth Engineers, supporting delivery, coaching, and ongoing development through regular feedback and clear expectations. • Lead the technical execution of growth initiatives: shaping experiments, scoping work, sequencing delivery, and keeping the team aligned on outcomes. • Partner closely with Product, Marketing, and Design to turn growth hypotheses into shippable experiments and learn quickly from results. • Set and uphold standards for code quality, experimentation, analytics, and maintainability across the growth codebase. • Act as the connective tissue for the team: removing blockers, resolving trade-offs, and ensuring knowledge, ownership, and context are shared rather than siloed.

• Lead the maintenance and lifecycle management of facilities, plant and infrastructure across multiple depot locations. • Ensure full compliance with health, safety, environmental and industry regulations, including COMAH and DSEAR where applicable. • Develop and implement planned preventative maintenance programmes to maximise asset reliability. • Manage infrastructure upgrades, refurbishments and capital investment projects from concept through to completion. • Oversee contractor management, procurement and site access controls. • Maintain accurate asset registers, inspection records and compliance documentation. • Work closely with operations, engineering and SHEQ teams to support safe and efficient depot performance. • Identify opportunities to improve reliability, reduce downtime and enhance operational resilience. • Manage budgets, forecasts and cost control relating to facilities and infrastructure activities.

• Making sure that the delivery of the project is smooth by removing any obstacles and aligning the expectations of the stakeholders • Working daily with Solution Leads on the customer side to identify needs and opportunities within the project • Collaborating with other managers already on the projects and contributing to common deliverables • Facilitating and taking an active part in project roadmap discussions, also at a technical level • People management and team expansion activities • Visiting the Customer a few times a year (both in Europe and the US) • Identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities
