• Develop and execute creative concepts, visuals, and layouts for marketing campaigns, social media, events, and product launches • Design engaging digital assets, including banners, infographics, short animations, and promotional materials • Work closely with marketing, product, and content teams to translate business objectives into compelling visual narratives • Maintain brand consistency across all design outputs while continuously exploring fresh creative directions • Stay up to date with design trends, Web3 culture, and emerging tools to drive innovation in visual communication • Support UI/UX design requirements for landing pages, websites, or in-app visuals when needed.

• Design and update brand assets across multiple formats and channels, including digital flyers and campaign visuals. • Develop retail and in-store assets such as shelf talkers, window displays, and point-of-sale materials. • Produce Instagram-ready content in 9x16 and 4x5 formats, ensuring all key information stays within safe zones. • Collaborate directly with the Art Director on concepts, iterations, and feedback, functioning as a true team member rather than an external vendor. • Maintain brand consistency by aligning all deliverables with the client’s visual language: restrained, confident, and high-contrast.

• Creating GDD & Roadmap. • Detailing specs alongside the game roadmap. • Balancing features. • Creating a strong pipeline of live events & seasonal events. • Playtesting builds. • Work closely with art/qa/dev team to maximize sprint efficiency. • Deliver all the assignment on time, with a strong quality, following the performances of the features improving the target KPIs (LTV) of said games.
