• Lead the design and execution of major merchant events. • Fully own the annual Merchant Forum and Wero Live events across our countries in Europe. • Drive agenda creation and content development. • Coordinate together with our field marketing on logistics, speaker alignment and moderation. • Build and nurture strategic relationships with key merchant associations. • Act as a trusted contact for associations and a bridge to internal teams. • Define and implement engagement strategy across formats. • Drive cross-functional collaboration.
Job Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in payments, ideally with acquirers, banks, PSPs or payment-heavy merchants.
- Proven ability to lead and deliver large-scale events end-to-end.
- Excellent relationship-building skills with C-level stakeholders, associations and operational teams.

- Comfortable operating in a remote-first, multicultural and fast-evolving environment.
