Job Requirements
- 2-4 years' experience in HR operations, employee lifecycle management, or partnership coordination, with proven ability to handle HR queries and employeerelated processes.
- Strong project management and organisational skills with proven ability to handle multiple stakeholders and complex workflows.
- Excellent relationship-building abilities, able to naturally create trust and maintain professional connections across diverse teams.
- Process-oriented mindset with attention to detail and ability to spot potential issues before they escalate.
- Outstanding written and spoken English, with natural ability to communicate clearly across different audiences and cultures.
- Adaptable and resilient, able to stay calm under pressure and pivot quickly when priorities or requirements change. **
- Desirable (but not required):**
- Experience in EOR, HR operations, or international workforce management.
- Familiarity with partner management, ticketing or CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce).
- Understanding of contract management or compliance processes in global employment.
- Additional languages such as German.
