ERP Application Manager

• Design, continuous development, optimization and support of the ERP system • Support and advise business departments in process analysis • Responsible for the development and delivery of in‑house training • Maintenance and upkeep of the ERP system • Administration of the ERP system's interfaces to other systems • Coordination of external resources from the ERP software vendor • Support for rollouts at international sites • Support decision-making on the procurement of complementary software
Job Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or equivalent IT qualification
- Professional experience in designing cross-departmental processes
- Expertise in supporting and enhancing ERP systems
- Ideally experience with Infor LN or another ERP system, with readiness to become familiar with new systems
- Knowledge of databases and query languages (SQL) is an advantage
- Open and agile mindset with a solution- and results-oriented approach
- Ability to communicate with international locations in English

Position Overview The Therapy Development Manager (TDM) is responsible for being a clinical expert in the treatment of carotid artery disease to support clinical trial excellence, gain treatment insights, and function as a subject matter expert across the organization. The TDM will play a critical role in the carotid clinical trials, including device training, case support, and gaining clinical & best practice insights. They will collaborate with the Associate Director to ensure insights generate impact across the organization for understanding of treatment best practices, sharing of insights, facilitating training, and carotid IVL innovation. This role will require strong clinical acumen to be successful. Essential Job Functions · Become a carotid disease state and clinical trial expert · Physician & hospital staff training with procedural case coverage to ensure the safe and effective use of IVL · Translate and document case observations and clinical insights to facilitate information sharing and best practice knowledge development · Foster relationships with site investigators and research staff; understands and flags obstacles to recruitment or enrollment. · Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Clinical Affairs, Medical Affairs, Marketing, and Medical Education) and external parties (Vendors and Physician Advisors) to share procedural insights and ensure clinical trial success. · Attend congresses or regional meetings to support insight gathering and clinical trial excellence. · Meet quarterly key performance indicators to be set by management. · Other duties as assigned.
