• You analyze our B2B product portfolio, identify growth opportunities, and derive data-driven recommendations for assortment, pricing, and promotions • You support the further development of our B2B go-to-market strategy — with a particular focus on portfolio structure, channel management, and point-of-sale activations • You create and develop reports, dashboards, and decision-making materials for management as well as for Sales and Key Account Management • You analyze sales and market data (e.g., sell-through, distribution, promotion efficiency) and translate these into concrete actions • You act as a sparring partner for internal stakeholders (Sales, Brand, Trade Marketing, Category Management), bringing an analytical, consultative perspective • You support the development of sell-in arguments and toolkits for new products and portfolio optimizations • You drive continuous improvements in reporting structures, processes, and tools

Job Requirements

  • You have a degree in business, marketing, controlling, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
  • You bring relevant professional experience in the FMCG environment, ideally in portfolio management, commercial strategy, consulting, or business analytics
  • You have strong analytical skills and experience working with sales, market, and performance data
  • Ideally, you have experience working with retail/LEH data (e.g., Nielsen, IRI, or comparable sources)
  • You are proficient in Excel and PowerPoint and experienced in producing structured analyses and management presentations
  • You think strategically but can also support pragmatic implementation
  • You present yourself confidently, can convey complex matters clearly, and enjoy acting as an internal consultant
  • You work in a structured, independent way and maintain an overview even in a dynamic environment
  • You have business-fluent German and very good English
